Ordering
Orders are accepted only while the season is open and stock remains. Prices shown include the fruit and packing; shipping is calculated at checkout. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation with an SF- order reference.
Delivery
We ship perishable fresh fruit. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates; courier delays outside our control can occur. Please ensure someone can receive the box — mangoes don't wait at depots well.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled from your account until the box is packed for dispatch. Once shipped, the refund policy applies instead.
General
These terms are governed by Indian law with jurisdiction in Sindhudurg, Maharashtra. Sharme Farms may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies.
